A hair relaxer, you can pick one up from stores such as CVS, Wal*Mart, Target and other places like that. It is usually in the ethnic hair products section.
I have naturally nappy hair that even if i wash and comb it out it shrinks up to my head any cure?
Have you tried a relaxer? I don't have first-hand experience with this, but my stepdad and cousins are all black and one cousin had this exact problem. They kept her hair in braids until she got old enough to decide for herself if she wanted to relax it. It looked cute. BUT don't get one of those over the counter relaxers. They will FRY your hair if you aren't careful!

short of using a relaxer or heat you'll pretty much have to deal with the shrinkage
