Hair loss for teenage girls?

I'm only 14, turning 15 in May.

I've been losing alot of hair lately, in the showers and just combing it.

I try to not use a brush, just a comb. And I try not to condition alot, maybe 3 times a week?

My hair's getting really thin, and I'm getting super scared.

Is there anything I can use to make my hair thicker like before? Shampoos?

I heard something about horse shampoo before, but I've never tried it.

Helllllppppppp!!!

Loss or absence of hair, also known as alopecia is a hereditary and unavoidable condition. In some men it can be a side effect of medication, a dietary deficiency or hormonal imbalance.

You can help reduce the effects of hair loss from stress, trauma, shock or illness by increasing your intake of vitamin C found in fresh fruits and vegetables, particularly citrus fruit and juices, parsley, broccoli, green peppers and black currants.

Take a vitamin B complex everyday or brewers yeast. Increase your intake of protein found in meat, fish, liver, wheat germ, dried cooked beans and peas, tofu, cheese, milk and eggs.

you may want to get this checked out by a doctor. I had a fever so bad once that i lost so much hair. You could be having a reaction to something. Maybe change your shampoo or carefully go through your daily hair-care routine and see what is effecting your hair loss. Maybe a hairspray or chemicals in a pool you swim in can cause an allergic reaction. Go to a doctor-that should answer your question.

u should not wash your hair more than thrice a week as shampoo is only for cleansing action.try oiling your hair once a week let them remain overnight and wash them in the morning.

this thing has done a great job on my hairs
