Short hair rabbit shedding question?

Rabbits usually shed when the weather changes. I usually use awire brush. You can try running a wet hand though her fur. This picks up a lot of loose fur. You can also use a roller that you use to get fur off of clothing. To help her get rid of her coat more quickly, you can give her a little bit of black sunflower seeds.

Short hair rabbit shedding question?

i use a wire brush and it helps a bit but rabbits tend to mostly shed when theyre nervous.. thats when it flies out all over the place, also ive noticed that when it cools down they stop their shedding.. theyre hair is so fine that the finest brush you could get would be the best just dont press hard and it wont hurt.

I actually wet my hands down, then I'll use them both to pet the rabbit, first toward the tail, then pet the fur backward toward their head, then back down. I do this back and forth until my hands get dry. You will get a LOT of wet fur stuck to your hands. If you just rub your palms together the fur will ball up and come off on it's own.

My breed has very short, fine hair, and this usually works better than any brush I've ever tried.
