Conditionor and shampoo for long hair?

What is the best shampoo and conditionor to use for long, thick hair? When I get out of the shower my hair is always tangled and I do comb it in the shower when I have conditionor in it. Also does anyone know anything that works really good for detangling hair? Thanks for the help!

i use garnier and blow dry my hair after each shower. it's not a good idea to comb your hair when it's wet because the roots are opened and hair follicles can fall out easily. so either brush your hair before each shower or wait until it dries.

well anyone thats knows me knows that im going to reccomend paul mitchell. try the awapuhi or daily moisture shampoo and the conditoner called the detangler before you get in the shower give your hair a good brush and comb through. also i dont know if you do this but dont stack your hair on top of your hair when you wash it that causes extra tangels. seperate your hair and wash by sections gently hope this helps.

i have long hair n i use dove and i heard vo5 , suave is good. the ones they use in saloons are also good. i would use some type of detangler after u get out of the shower. spray some of that on n comb is through. dont pull ur hair back or put it up if its wet. this will cause tangles. i wouldnt comb in the shower not a good idea.there r alot of shampoos n condioners out there. find the best 1 for u.
