Im in middle school and for the first time i straightened my hair(flat ironed no relaxing sometimes i like my natural kinks) and all these people( mostly black) were like get that weave of your head. And it was bugging me so much that weak so i decided to go in front of them and show them with a comb i had no tracks. My hair is like a little bit longer than shoulder length. And now i regret ever trying to straightening it.

You don't have to prove yourself either unless, of course, it makes you feel much better.
Even if you did get a weave, it's your hair and you are allowed to do what you want to it. They shouldn't have been so rude to you, specially considering all the different things people do to their hair and bodies nowadays. (Straightening chemically or physically, dyeing, perms, curling, blow drying, piercing, tattooing, weaves).. The list goes on and on, and even if you didn't get a weave, its still your choice.
So straighten your hair when you feel like it and leave it natural when you want to. You decide.

Don't change what you like....obviously you know it's not uncommon to wear a weave.. weaves are everywhere..jessica simpson, beyonce and many others...even if you are white, light, dark or whatever..take it as a compliment!!
I don't think they mean any harm..they're just not used to it..maybe they don't take care of their hair and not used to seeing healthy long hair.

Jealousy speaks loudly. These critics would like nothing better than to see you cut that pretty hair of yours. Tune them out. You don't have to prove a single thing to them.
Meanwhile, if you really regret straightening your hair, you can aim toward letting it grow back to its natural state. But don't expect the needling to stop. I'm guessing you're attractive, and your classmates are envious. They always will be, no matter what you do.
Please try not to let them get to you. If they make comments, just smile. If they have questions, come back with "Why do you ask?" You don't have to keep explaining or inviting them to examine your hair or anything else about yourself. Just be you ... and good luck!

maybe they are jelouse. i have coolie{black and indian) hair and people think its permed or weave because it looks better than theirs.
