if you dry it upside down and use hair spray while it's still damp it should create volume in your layers and hold it. Use a volumising shampoo and conditioner too. That shoul help.

Using just a brush, hair-dryer and a comb....i'd say leave it 3-4days between washing and again, just make it damp and blow dry upside down.

To get the puffy look you need razored layers that is thinned out basically its really short layers on top that get longer and thinner as your hair gets long. You would then straighten it and tease the shi.t out of it and hairspray it. You cant do it with regular layers its impossible.

I think you want scene hair, and im sorry but you need so cut it up some even if you already have layers, and im sure you can do it if your

VERY careful, after you do that just kinda put it to a side, and get some bed hear and put that through the back or your hair to make it stick up and then tease it, then add hairspray.

Next just put some cute clips in it im sure it will work out.
