Frizz-Ease, it works not only on the frizziness, but it also thickens your hair and makes it not as dry. Also, the Garnier Fructis stuff works good too.

I'm very fond of Citre Shine or Dove brand smoothing lotions, but really, any brand of smoother will work. Try, when you get out of the shower, towel-drying your hair upside-down. Start at the base of your scalp and use the towel to wring your hair while gently pulling away from the scalp. Do that a few times, basically just until your hair stops dripping. Then (still do this upside down, so you don't get too much on your scalp), run the smoothing lotion through your hair evenly from just past your scalp to the ends. Try not to apply it directly onto your scalp, because with most brands that will make the scalp look greasy.
Now, usually none of this will really help unless you blow dry your hair, and then run some kind of iron over it to smooth the last frizzies (I prefer a medium curling iron to smooth with because it makes a natural-looking slight curl at the ends, rather than pointing out any even slightly uneven ends, like a flat-iron does.) And remember, anything you do when when trying to eradicate frizzies should be done by aiming AWAY from the scalp. Ex: pulling the towel AWAY, applying smoother by pulling through towards the ends, when blowdrying, aim the airstream AWAY from the scalp, etc. If you let the air run UP the hair follicle, rather than DOWN, towards the ends, it makes it puff up, and puffing up results in - Guess what? Frizzies!! Good luck! ^.^
