Like those guys in metal bands, how the heck do they get their hair so straight?
Mine flips in every direction and makes me look like an idiot.
My hair is long and straight. When it's wet I comb it out straight but the ends always flip after it dries.
A blow dryer helps to straighten the ends, or you could put some Frizz Ease on the ends. That helps to straighten it also....

I have this problem too. A straightening iron (made for hair not clothing!) may help, but I think it's a lot of bother to use on a daily basis.

Actually, comb a little bit of gel or mousse into your hair when it is wet. This will help hold the ends down as it dries. You might also consider using a straightening iron or hair dryer.

you should only comb your hair when its dry, its also not good for your hair if you keep brushing it, use combs only, even if your hair is straight, you will still have kinks in your hair, everyone is like that.

blow drying is a bother but its the best for fullproof result -- if u don't have time use some frizz control or mild gel to control the edges -- also try to experiment with the cut of your hair or ask your hair cutter

reason for this happening (or why) :your shoulders are making your hair flippy-do. as your head moves and hair is straight the shoulders get in the way.
remedy: flat iron the ends just a bit under so it goes straight. and use something in the hair after it's dry to prevent damaging the hair.(silicon drops are made by just about every manufacturer)
